be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of
the American Arbitration Association. Either of us may apply to the American Arbitration
Association to institute the arbitration proceedings. The fees and expenses of the
arbitrators shall be shared equally by both parties. The arbitration shall take
place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
c. Litigation in Courts of Issues Other Than Privacy Ones. For issues other
than Privacy, the state and Federal courts in Philadelphia, PA shall have jurisdiction.
9. Applicable Law and Location of Dispute Resolution
